Pink-Out Friday

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The high school distributed stickers to be worn on Friday and designated Friday as Pink-Out day. These teachers gathered for a picture. Many of them are survivors themselves or have family members who have battled the disease.

This App has been available on both iPhone and Android. It is now available as a widget for embedding in your blog.  It is a great reference for teachers and parents to be able to click and view grade level objectives by subject easily.

Christmas Angel Tree

It’s time to sign up for the White Oak Volunteer Fire Department’s Angel Tree for Christmas assistance for children ages 12 and younger.

  • Families must live within White Oak ISD to be eligible for assistance. Bring a water bill for proof of residence.

How to Receive an Email When Grades Post

How Do I Receive an email from Skyward when Grades post?

If you would like to keep track of your child’s grades by email, Skyward can help.  All that it is required of you is to go into your Family Access and adjust the email settings.  Once you have entered the Skyward site, click on “email notifications” on the left. You can then choose to receive a daily or weekly email notification. Just another perk of Skyward!

Fifth Grade Orientation Summary

In the event that any fifth grade parent missed the parent orientation, below you will find a video summary of the evening’s events. During the video, each teacher’s blog address will be given.  Parents are encouraged to go to each blog and subscribe as each teacher addresses different core subjects for the students. If you have any questions, each teacher’s contact information can also be located on the individual blogs.
