The White Oak High School Student Council will host the “Color for Camryn 5K Run” on Wednesday, May 1. The race is slated to begin at 7:00 P.M. from the parking lot across from the White Oak High School. The registration fees will be $35 for Adults and $25 for students. There will also be a supervised children’s bouncy house area available for a $25 fee.

The referral window for students who may be eligible for Gifted and Talented services is March 18-29. A public notice will appear in the Thursday paper. In addition, each campus will be posting an informational flyer in the respective campus offices.

This is a reminder to all who usually drop off students at school in the mornings – The road that goes down by the football stadium and passes by the Primary and Intermediate campuses will be completed CLOSED AROUND 7:55 IN THE MORNING. There will be a send-off for the basketball team as they head out for Austin and the state playoffs. Be sure to get to school EARLIER TOMORROW TO AVOID THIS DELAY!
Our boys have worked hard and have earned the chance to once again bring home the State Basketball Championship. They will play at 8:30 Friday morning in Austin. Because we support all students and because many of our elementary students and their families will be traveling to Austin on Thursday, we will not have school on Friday.
Please make a note on your calendar that we will attend school on March 29th.
