Our White Oak High School band traveled to Mt. Pleasant today to take part in UIL competition. Below is the video of their performance. This excellent performance resulted in a #1 Ranking. Way to Go, Band!

Was there white oak band was awesome!!! All other band for the most part was good ! But white oak with the awesome end deserved a standing ovation .. Very nice band .. Way to go band directors u all deserved a one !!! Great band … Enjoyed being there and seeing and listening to you!! Congratulations!!!

I was thrilled to receive this video of the band’s performance this year in UIL contest. Brings back memories of Roy Swicegood, Petty, Tomlison and Pogue’s bands which I was a part of and drum major in the last. This was a performance worthy of our tradition and I am so proud. Janyce R.Allison
