Every morning, Nina Peery and her 5th grade production crew meet to film Morning Announcements.  Seldom do we take the time to stop and thank them for providing this service to our campus. School news, cafeteria menus, weather, and extracurricular student activities are among the few pieces of information shared daily.  Recently we received an email from elementary music teacher, Alisha Kimbley. I have been getting to see the announcements that Skyla is doing via YouTube! It is great! The format is wonderful, the kids are successful in presenting the information, brain gym in there, the cute jokes & high 5’s giving it a personal kid fun touch, etc etc!!! O and today the little neck cheer…that is brilliant to tie that in! Bravo! It not only unites the school and gives leadership for 5th graders but it is screaming fine arts and technology TEKS!
